About our Refund, Return & Repair Policy

  • Evolution Fitness Equipment does not offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases. Please choose carefully as refunds are not normally provided where you have simply changed your mind, made a wrong selection or simply found the goods cheaper elsewhere. We recommend you carefully preview any orders before adding them to your shopping cart and proceeding with your order.
  • Faulty goods will be handled as per the manufacturer’s warranty terms and conditions. You must have a copy of your receipt for all claims.
  • If any goods arrive damaged, please contact the Customer Service Team as soon as possible. After reviewing the claim, Evolution Fitness  Online will contact you to discuss the options available to resolve the issue.

Returns or Exchanges

Credits and refunds will not be offered for any shipping, delivery or delivery and installation charges. If you request that we replace or exchange an item, you will be responsible for the reshipping, redelivery or redelivery and installation charges. Credits will not be offered for merchandise more than 7 days after purchase. Please be advised that credits or refunds are not offered on any shipping charges.

  1.  All freight costs are not refundable.
  2.  A 15% restocking fee applies to cover the costs of picking, repacking the order and returning it to the shelf. The restocking fee is calculated from the invoice price.

Sorry, we do not offer refunds for “change of mind”. We may offer a credit or exchange, solely at our discretion.

If all conditions are met, contact us within 7 days of your equipment delivery to arrange the return and receive a store credit voucher for an exchange or next purchase.

*Store credit will be in the form of a voucher or gift code to shop at the Evolution Fitness Online Store 

Returning the product will be the customer’s responsibility, simply bring it back to our Distribution Centres or post it back at your expense.

Terms & Conditions:

  • Freight and delivery costs to and from the supplier are considered separate services and will not be reimbursed.
  • This policy applies only to the purchase price of the item indicated on your proof of purchase’s product line. You will still be liable for the return cost if you initially received free delivery. The item must not be damaged, or misused, and should be in a condition suitable for resale. If your return does not meet this criterion, you might not be eligible for a full refund.
  • Refunds will only be issued once the returned item has been received in a complete, undamaged condition suitable for resale.
  • Items must be returned in original packaging and suitably packed to ensure safe arrival.
  • Items must be returned to the original place of purchase/dispatch.
  • The original proof of purchase must be presented.
  • This policy is valid only for the original purchaser.
  • Before returning the goods, you must contact Evolution Fitness Equipment to arrange a return authorisation.
